Black Bottom Socks Return Policy
At Black Bottom Socks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, we’re here to help.
Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each item returned.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the original method of payment will be credited within 7–10 business days, minus the $5.00 restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different product or size, please initiate a return and place a new order. We recommend this to ensure faster processing.
Shipping Returns:
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
